What information do we collect and how do we use it?

This website contains a ‘Contact Us’ page where visitors are invited to submit their name, email address and a free text enquiry.  This information generates an email which is automatically sent to the Directors of the company so that they can respond to the content of the enquiry.

The name is collected to allow the response to be correctly addressed.
The email address is collected so that the response is returned to the enquirer.
In addition, the details of the enquiry are also stored within the website database for the purposes of a backup to the email information.  

Who we share your data with?

CeraPhi Ltd. will only share data collected on this site or collected from other sources, with the specific consent of the person concerned.

How long we retain your data?

Any personal data collected via this website will be deleted from the website database after 60 days.  CeraPhi Ltd. has a strict data retention procedures to cater for personal data collected from other sources.

The security of your information is important to us and we will use reasonable security measures to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration of your information under our control. However, given the inherent risks, we cannot guarantee absolute security and consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
