Working between Innovation and Technology & Projects and Proposals teams, you will be critical in helping organizations raise funds and maintain donor relations by using your writing abilities. You will write proposals, evaluate programs, and create reports for funders.
Job Responsibilities:
The main responsibility will be to complete all sections of an approved application required for funding.
Although every grant application will be different, the process will typically include:
- Creating concept papers.
- Writing and submitting letters of inquiry.
- Researching relevant data for proposal sections.
- Managing grant preparation to ensure timely and high-quality submission.
- Ensuring compliance with grant conditions and regulations.
- Creating appropriate budget breakdowns detailing how requested funding will be used.
- Identifying evidence-based evaluation procedures.
Experience
Previous experience in UK government office tenders and proposal evaluation process and or grant writing roles.

We are seeking to broaden our technical team with a Full Stack Developer. The position will provide support towards the design and development of our web application. An ideal candidate will be familiar with the frontend and backend frameworks, relational database, and some experience with the AWS services.
Role Summary:
- CeraPhi Energy Ltd. Aims to be the leading enabler in the global geothermal space (http://www.ceraphi.com) We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic full stack developer, to assist with the development of our progressive web application and ensuring its security and scalability.
- To succeed, you will have an in-depth knowledge of web applications, with strong understanding of web technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript. You will be proficient with hands-on experience of server-side languages and relational databases. You will work closely with our projects and technology team including corporate management executives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full stack development and adding new features to the existing application.
- Design and implementation of scalable web application.
- Maintain security of application and data protection.
- Building REST APIs.
- Performing unit and integration testing.

Role Summary:
- We are offering the right person a challenging opportunity to work within a growing Renewables Energy Business seeking to make an impact change in the way we produce and use energy.
- Are you motivated, innovative, creative and eager to make an impact in day to day running of the business, supporting marketing, social media and events and managing general admin duties to support projects and operational aspects of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- General Administration Functions, Support the business marketing activities, planning events, business travel.
- Provide marketing design and creative ideas to brand management and wider brand recognition together with social media skills and influencer awareness.
- Formal Qualifications are not essential, but a good standard of English written and oral is a must with other languages being a benefit.
- Experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment
- Well-developed organisational and ability to handle a busy, varied workload and to cope with interruptions and changes
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, meet set deadlines and pay meticulous attention to detail completing tasks fully, accurately and on time, prioritising where appropriate
- Ability to deal with confidential information or situations in an appropriate and sensitive manner
- Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats, including telephone, email and in person with a wide range of people
- Basic IT skills including Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Email and Web

Knowledge/Experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar role desired
- Business administration, Marketing Social Media qualification or skills training desired
Employment Type: Permanent – Flexible Part Time 16 Hours Minimum
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
